Welcome to Scoop&Go App Store (“we,” “our,” or “us”). 6. In-App Purchases, Subscriptions, and Fees

By purchasing, downloading, or subscribing through the App Store, you agree to the payment terms presented at the time of purchase. All fees paid are non-refundable, except where required by law or as specified in our refund policy.
7. Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges after the license has been downloaded or accessed. If you encounter a defect or issue with apps and themes that cannot be resolved through support, you may request a refund within 14 days of your purchase.

- Review Process: Our team will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days. We reserve the right to deny refund requests that do not meet our eligibility criteria.
By purchasing our apps and themes, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this refund policy.
8. Updates and Changes to Services
We may, from time to time, provide updates, upgrades, or modifications to the apps, themes, or software offered in our App Store. These updates may include new features or fixes, and your continued use of the Services may be subject to the acceptance of these updates. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of our Services, including apps and themes, without notice.
9. User Content

We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the App Store or Services, and we are not responsible for any loss or damage arising from your use of the Services.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the App Store, apps, themes, or software, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state of Maine in the United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or the Services will be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Maine.
