Welcome to Scoop&Go App Store (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By purchasing, downloading, or subscribing through the App Store, you agree to the payment terms presented at the time of purchase. All fees paid are non-refundable, except where required by law or as specified in our refund policy.

7. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges after the license has been downloaded or accessed. If you encounter a defect or issue with apps and themes that cannot be resolved through support, you may request a refund within 14 days of your purchase.

8. Updates and Changes to Services

We may, from time to time, provide updates, upgrades, or modifications to the apps, themes, or software offered in our App Store. These updates may include new features or fixes, and your continued use of the Services may be subject to the acceptance of these updates. 13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the App Store, apps, themes, or software, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state of Maine in the United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or the Services will be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Maine.
