User Terms of Service

Welcome to Scoop&Go App Store (“we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our App Store, mobile applications, software, themes, and any related services (collectively, the "Services"). By downloading, accessing, or using any of our apps, themes, or services from the App Store, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. By purchasing, downloading, or subscribing through the App Store, you agree to the payment terms presented at the time of purchase. All fees paid are non-refundable, except where required by law or as specified in our refund policy.

Upon termination, you must cease all use of the apps, themes, and Services, and delete any copies you have made.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the App Store or Services, and we are not responsible for any loss or damage arising from your use of the Services.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the App Store, apps, themes, or software, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state of Maine in the United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or the Services will be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Maine.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If changes are made, we will post the revised Terms in the App Store and update the “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the App Store and its Services after any changes signifies your acceptance of the modified Terms.
