Installation:

Install and Activate the Sweep&Go Core Plugin
Navigate to WP Admin → Sweep&Go Core → Add-ons and install the SNG Notification Manager addon.

SNG Notification Manager is a WordPress plugin built exclusively for Sweep&Go users to notify clients about changes in the status of their scheduled cleaning appointments. The plugin allows you to fully personalize all Sweep&Go notification types, including On the Way, Job Complete, Job Skipped, and Off Schedule messages.

Notifications can be sent automatically via SMS or email and can be customized using dynamic variables to match your branding and communication style. The plugin also receives client replies and forwards them to your field tech number, a custom phone number, or an email address of your choice.
