Installation:

Install and Activate the Sweep&Go Core Plugin
Navigate to WP Admin → Sweep&Go Core → Add-ons and install the SNG Lead Recovery.

SNG Lead Recovery automatically captures abandoned Client Onboarding sessions and helps businesses recover those lost leads. While a visitor fills out the onboarding form, the plugin silently saves complete JSON snapshots of their progress in the background - no "Save" button, no interruption.

If they leave before finishing, the lead is detected as abandoned and can be recovered through automated email/SMS reminders carrying a secure resume link that restores the form exactly as they left it.

Automatic background saving — captures onboarding progress as visitors type, including sliders, dropdowns, hidden fields, and multi-selects, without any action from the visitor
Abandoned lead detection — sessions become abandoned after a configurable period of inactivity, including when the visitor closes the browser
